How long does production take?
The standard lead time is 10 to 20 working days, depending on the complexity of the piece and the number of figures. An express option in 7 days is available for a 20 % surcharge.
The lead time starts when you approve your 3D preview, not when you order.
How many photos should I send?
Ideally up to 6 photos in total for the first enquiry: one front-facing, one in profile or three-quarter, one full-length, and one of the outfit you want. The more you give us, the closer the likeness.
A single photo can be enough for a simple bust — we confirm this before starting.
Will the figurine really look like the person?
That is our entire craft. The likeness depends heavily on the quality of the photos supplied. You receive a 3D preview before printing: that is the moment to request adjustments (face, hair, posture, outfit). Nothing is printed until you have approved it.
How does payment work?
A 30 % deposit is due at the time of order to start the modelling. The balance is paid before shipping, once the piece is finished and photographed.
Payment by bank transfer or by the methods listed on your quote.
What materials do you use?
Depending on the piece, we print in resin (very fine detail, ideal for faces and smaller formats) or in PLA (a rigid, plant-based material for larger or sturdier pieces).
The Premium finish is hand-painted and then protected with a varnish.
What sizes do you offer?
Our figurines start at 15 cm and also come in 20 cm. The XL format (25 to 30 cm) is available as an extra, and we consider any special request. For groups and families, a larger size is often recommended to keep the faces finely detailed — we advise you in the quote.
Do you ship outside Belgium?
Yes. We ship across Belgium and worldwide. Shipping depends on the destination, weight and format. Every piece leaves in heavily protected packaging with order tracking.
Can I include a pet, a car or an object?
Of course. Animals can be made on their own or added to a family scene. Vehicles, musical instruments, work tools, sports gear: these are special creations, priced on quote.
What if I don't like the result?
That is precisely what the preview stage is for: you see the 3D modelling before printing and can request corrections. Once the piece has been printed and painted to order, it cannot be resold to anyone else — the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods (article VI.53 4° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). In the event of breakage in transit or a manufacturing defect, we remake the piece.
Can I gift a figurine without having photos of the person?
Yes, provided you have a few usable photos (social media, family photos…). Also consider an engraving on the base (name, date, message) for a presentation with real impact.
Do you take professional orders?
Yes: corporate trophies, farewell gifts, mascots, series for events. Contact us describing your project and the number of pieces, and we will draw up a suitable quote.
What happens to my photos?
They are used solely to produce your order and are never passed on to third parties. We only publish a photo of your figurine on our social media with your explicit consent. You can request the deletion of your files at any time by simple email.
