Data we process

When you use the contact or quote form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, your message, project information and any photos or files you choose to send.

If you use the Tidio/Lyro chat after giving consent, chat messages and certain technical data needed to provide the service may be processed by Tidio.

Why we use this data

• to answer questions and quote requests;
• to prepare and follow up a personalised order;
• to provide chat support when you choose to enable it;
• to meet applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

Data related to a quote or order is processed to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract. Loading Tidio/Lyro is based on your consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.

Tidio and Lyro AI

The Tidio/Lyro chat is currently switched off: it is no longer loaded on the website and no data is sent to Tidio. The information below only applies if we switch it back on.

This website uses Tidio for chat and Lyro AI for automated answers. The Tidio widget is loaded only after you accept it through our consent banner. Conversations may be transferred to Stéphane when human assistance is needed.

According to Tidio, its services are designed for GDPR compliance and data is hosted within the European Economic Area. See Tidio’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Guestbook

If you write in our guestbook, we receive your first name, your town if you provide it, your email address, your rating, your message and any photos you add. With your explicit consent, your message, first name, town and photos are published on the website after being read. Your email address is never published: it is only used to contact you about your message. Photos are reduced and stripped of hidden data (location, device) before they are stored. You can ask at any time for your message to be changed or removed; an unpublished message is deleted on simple request.

Production tracking

If you activate tracking for your order, we store your name and email address to send you an email at each production step. Your tracking page and its photos are only accessible through your personal link and are not indexed by search engines. Tracking is optional, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The website only uses storage necessary for its operation and preferences, such as your language choice and your cookie/tracker preference.

Tidio and its storage technologies are loaded only after consent. If you refuse, the website and quote form remain available; only the Tidio/Lyro chat is not loaded.

Visit statistics

To know which pages are viewed, the site counts visits anonymously, on our own hosting (OVH): the page viewed, the website you came from, the language and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). No cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device. Your IP address is not kept: made unrecognisable with a code that changes every day, it is only used to avoid counting the same visit twice on the same day. These figures cannot identify you and are not shared with anyone. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used.

Consent retention

Your preference for optional services is stored for 6 months. You can change it at any time using “Manage cookies” in the footer.

Recipients

Data is available only to people and service providers needed to provide the service, including OVH for hosting and Tidio when you enable chat. We do not sell your data for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact: portrait3dbelgium@gmail.com.
